Customize scss

Now you can customize the ionic css. The ionic scss is included in your main.scss and you can play with all the styles

Do we know when this will be merged in? I am very interested in being able to customize/override the ionic scss.

Interested to start using this as I just moved to using the generator and lost this functionality from the vanilla Ionic install.
