【Android】使用DoKit后Locale.getDefault()获取地区和语言错误

Android 10，一加 6T（华为手机也发现有，小米目前发现正常）

接入后在 Activity 页面调用 Locale.getDefault() 获取到 en-US，但手机实际上用的是 zh-CN

经过排除法，发现在 gradle 中设置了 resConfigs "zh" 后才会复现，挺奇怪的问题，没找到哪里影响到了
