【DoKit-Android】- 依赖问题 volley:1.1.1 仅在JCenter中发布

dokit 内依赖 volley 版本 1.1.1 仅在JCenter中发布 JCenter 发布停止服务公告已很长一段时间，大部分开发者都移除了 JCenter dokit 中依然引用了 JCenter 仓库

如可以的话 可以升级 volley 版本至 1.2.0 或 1.2.1
