makemkvcon: command not found

Open speedster-pta opened this issue 4 years ago • 3 comments

I installed makemkv on debian 10 via snap with confirmation "makemkv 1.16.4 from Daniel Llewellyn (diddledan) installed". Running makemkvcon mkv [source] all "." returns "-bash: makemkvcon: command not found".

the command is makemkv.makemkvcon for the Snap installed version

I've requested to have the store automatically alias to makemkvcon so that the upstream documentation can be used verbatim: https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/alias-for-makemkv-makemkvcon/25576

Thank you kindly.

Next issue, it is now returning an error that it can't find any optical drives, even though I'm specifying source as being an ISO file. I had to burden you with this, but I can't find a manpage anywhere.
