Add vocabulary support to _generic_edit.

This adds vocabulary. Note that since the vocabulary module uses Aenea objects, things may act strangely if dynamic_aenea is not set to use aenea. This could be fixed by using aenea.config.enable_proxy and aenea.config.disable_proxy to determine whether actions are local or remote, but I don't want to make that sweeping of a change yet.
