Build Instructions for Linux - Versions 2 & above

Build instructions for Linux have been provided only for Version 1.0 in the indicated link (http://dicengine.github.io/dice/), but I can see that versions 2 & 3 (beta) have also been released. I'd be grateful if you provided build instructions for the latest version(s) too. Or are they the same (I'm assuming the versions of some of the packages have been updated).

I think for the most part, the build instructions are quite similar. There haven't been many updates to the dependencies. I took a quick look at the build instructions and they appear to still be in good shape for DICe version 3. I'd be interested to know if you try to build and run into any issues. We build and test the DICe executable nightly on linux, but it has been a while since we have built the electron-based DICe GUI on linux. I'm not sure what issues you will run into with the GUI.
