Change default `Notionists` style for better visualization on specific attributes in the playground & document

Thank you for your excellent tool!

I recently tried generating images from the Notionists (https://www.dicebear.com/styles/notionists) series. While deciding whether to use certain attributes, I noticed that the default Notionist portrait in the documentation includes glasses (as shown in the image).

This makes it difficult to see how certain attributes, such as eyes or brows, appear across different variants in the playground. It would be great if this could be improved. Thank you!
