[Facebook] Default response is duplicated

Hello!

I've created a test intent with a "default" response and a "facebook messenger" response as well. I have checked the option "Use response from the DEFAULT tab as the first response." but the default response is shown twice.

Does anybody have a similar issue and fix? This is also occurring for me! Makes the facebook example basically useless until this is resolved.
