How to style an inner table with boxable

Hi,

In order to change the border width and color of the Inner table created with boxable, we have made the code changes in one of the source code file "TableCell.java".

Please let me know if we can submit the code in the repository that will be helpful for the community as well. I found there is a stackoverflow thread started on the same issue.
