Feature: Clone repo with a different directory name

When I clone a repo, it would be nice to clone it in a different name. For example, when cloning multiple .emacs.d repos, I prefer to add the user's name to the repo so that they are unique like for zakame's .emacs.d I would name it as zakame.d.
