[BUG] MFA is not working on version 2.4.20

Describe the bug After configuring the MFA enforcment option I couldn't login. When trying to configure the token at the first login it always claims for a wrong tokrn

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable "Enforce MFA for all users" from the server settings on the GUI
2. Try to login
3. Forwarded to the MFA setup page, stuck in a loop

Expected behavior Complete the MFA setup
