[FR] Hooks for datastore files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently we have hooks for almost all objects within IRIS and user interactions with them but we do not have hooks for datastore files.

Describe the solution you'd like Hooks for whenever there is an interaction with a datastore file such as saving a file or deleting a file.

Additional context This would grant the ability to notify SOAR solutions such as Shuffle or n8n that there is a file and afterwards automate fetching said file using the IRIS API to further analyze it.
