[FR] drag & drop images into cases / add image button to toolbar

Since I could not find any issue related to drag&drop I would like to humbly request a new feature.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever I am working on a case I take screenshots of evidence / my thought process. While it is possible to copy/paste images into the case summary field this is something I always forget and then try to pull an image into the field which does not what I would expect.

Describe the solution you'd like I would love to be able to drag & drop functionality that allows me to hold and move an image into the input field and places it conveniently into the correct spot

Option 2: add a small icon to the toolbar on top of the case summary description, next to the other icons

Additional context A combination of the two options would be great as well, so people new to DFIR-IRIS could follow the concept of WYSIWYG editors they might be already familiar with.
