[BUG] LDAP Authentication not working

Describe the bug I haved configured the LDAP Authentication and added user on IRIS. When login, it says "Error: Wrong credentials. Please try again"

Expected behavior I am using non-TLS for LDAP authentication (port 389) and using a service account to connect to LDAP to retrieve all account information like this image bellow (a configuration on other software). Could you please help me to configure this LDAP Authentication, thank you. image

I'm running:

Iris 2.3.3
Debian 11 using Docker

I can launch LDAP and LDAPS (without certificate validation).

Could you please specify your use as value DOMAIN/ in LDAP_USER_PREFIX? If so, it might cause issues unless you actually have a domain with that name.
