Add so you can search after assets cross cases, in the same way as IOC and Notes

This indeed has been started in the branch https://github.com/dfir-iris/iris-web/tree/advanced_global_search. We plan to integrate an advanced search capability that can work on all case obejcts and their fields. It won't be integrated in v2.0.0 but will likely appear soon after.

We don't have an exact ETA but we'd like to release it by the end of February. Beta 3 should fix a set of issue raised in beta 2 and be almost releasable - we're also updating the doc, api reference and python client in parallele.
