Role assignments lost the ability to refer to role definitions by name

I'm just implementing the solution provided by @boillodmanuel to manually get the role from Azure, will see how I get on.

Role assignments lost the ability to refer to role definitions by name

Managed to get this to work but had to use `2018-01-01-preview` as anything before that threw a `UnsupportedApiVersionForRoleDefinitionHasDataActions` error. Is this the recommended version or should I use something newer?
