HDPi problem with second screen

When dragging the window to my second screen I can't drag it after that again. Resizing still works and the toolbar's childwidgets are also still working. This only happens when I'm using a scale factor of 150% or higher on Windows, so the devicePixelRatio is 2. Anyone also facing this problem?
