Noob Question

I feel like an idiot, but I opened the extracted package and I am finding no EXE file to launch the app.

Also, may I ask if this program will even do what I need?

In RDR2 I want to make a simple text edit of a YMT file that is embeeded inside an RPF file. (sorry if wrong terminology)
