Register v0.3.4

Now that the package has been moved to JuliaMath, would it be possible to register the current version v0.3.4?

It solves the long-standing issue with Interpolations.jl compatibility - see https://github.com/JuliaMath/NumericalIntegration.jl/issues/47 and https://github.com/JuliaMath/NumericalIntegration.jl/pull/46

Bump. Now there's also another new version v0.15.1 of Interpolations.jl.
