Enable GitHub Pages and post the URL onto the repo information (next to the description)

Should go here https://dewitt.github.io/opensearch

The web page won't be usable, but this is the first step

@fulldecent, what are your thoughts on what would be hosted on GitHub Pages if we enabled them?

This repo would be a website. If you somebody has access to the http://opensearch.org site that could be hosted here using CNAME.
