Allow secure connection with CA certificate container registry issues. Bug #1: Deployment failing Bug #2 : system variable docker repository not printing in pre-ci. Bug #3 : system variable registry url not printing in post-ci. Bug #4 : As deployment is failing. We are not able to deploy post cd as well.

👟 Reproduction steps

Deployment failing

1. configure a registry with connection through CA certificate.
2. trigger ci and cd with CA certificate connection.
3. deployment should work as expected.

👍 Expected behavior

deployment should be successful

👎 Actual Behavior

deployment not going image pull backoff.
