Feature: add a button in AppDetails to deploy image for CD pipeline

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

This features gives the user to select image to deploy on CD pipeline from AppDetails itself. We can click on Deploy button in AppDetails and select image for the same. It is same as the 'Select 'Image' feature given in Build and Deploy section of Application.
