Bug:[Prod] issues with the filter in devtron apps same project name in different upper-case(specifically)

frontend issue in ui

👟 Reproduction steps

1. create two devtron app
2. create two devtron projects like(devtron & DEVTRON)
3. And give user base access then on ui
4. go to select project then you will see they are treating uppecase and lowercase in both they are lowercase

👍 Expected behavior

uppercase should be in upper case

👎 Actual Behavior

uppercase showing in lower case
