deployed Artifact data api is missing on app details page for Artifacts generated using copy container image plugin.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. copy an image using copy container image plugin
2. deploy copied artifact
3. artifact deployed commit card is missing on app details page because /orchestrator/app/material-info/{envId}/{ciArtifactId} is breaking

👍 Expected behavior

deployed commit card should be visible

👎 Actual Behavior

deployed commit card is not visible
