Nil pointer error when ci-pod is in pending state

Describe the bug

If you check logs of running build which is in pending state, orchestrator keep throwing errors of invalid memory address or nil pointer

To Reproduce

1. Trigger a build
2. check logs of orchestrator till the time build is in pending state
