Create PPagination
Proposed props:
- Current page (v-model)
- Total pages
Proposed events:
- Change
- Input (updates the v-model)

@lubien I could try this one. Could you show me how using of the PPagination should look? Should it be something like: <PPagination v-model="currentPage" :total-pages="10" /> ?
