Can't create Teamspeak 3

Hi,

I follow a tutorial on youtube : how to install teamspeak 3 on game panel x and he doesn't work . (link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33kYnU8DK8Y)

I can't create servers it always offline and console write this : ServerOutput: Sorry, server log doesnt exist.
