Support for Archiving to Artifactory Cold Storage

Can there be an option/flag that archives the artifacts, rather than deletes them.

Retention Policies in Artifactory rely on AQL, which can't support something like KeepLatestNFilesInFolder (as far as I can tell).

I'd much rather use this tool to handle our archiving/retention policies.
