Currently location follow updates come via email. It might be nice to make this fully contain within twitter app and just send a DM through `smallworld` bot account directly.
A bit out of scope of the original tool, but would be a fairly easy addition. Plus it would make the daily emails more interesting potentially.

Love this tool, tho many people are displayed in confusing locations because of what they wrote in their location box. Here's a list of cases 
people whose location is "United States" all are in Kansas
