Add clip counts to the basic sets

Part of our conversation in the thingiverse messages, The basic sets would be great if they had a suggested # of clips that should be printed. I'd be curious to know as well if you really need to "heavily clip" the components (ie, all 4 sides clipped on a standard 2x2) or if you can lightly clip them (if not using the magnets).
