feature request: in page anchor

It will be useful if you can share a specific pipeline on the pipelines list.

add an id prop on pipeline task title should be enough.

then we can share links like:

https://pipelines.example.com#deploy-project-a https://pipelines.example.com#deploy-project-b https://pipelines.example.com#buy-milk

but click the link, visitor will be scrolled to the exact task.
