Version discrepancy

Hello, I had the 2.1.3 installed for a couple years and everything was fine. A month back the whole network stopped communication with the server so I had to turn off the FW. Today I found out why. EvlWatcher decided to block IP addresses from the local network. Reason unknow. I've noticed the change log had the "fixes a bug in the whitelist" so probably related? Never the less I've downloaded the 2.1.6 and installed. The Console says version 2.1.5, but that is a bug, becaause I can see the exe file's properties say 2.1.6
