Window position and size

Window position and size does not saving up.

Can you please send some print screen, so I can understand the issue?

1/ When I resize the window and restart the application the window is back to its default size and position again. 2/ When I set the transmittion mode to transfer normally and I click okay it wont set it that and change it back to transfer in background by itself.
