Broken banner on DSi home menu

The most recent release has a broken banner when installed onto the DSi home menu, it displays no icon or text. This is fixed when recompiled with an up-to-date installation of devkitARM.

Apologies if I sound impatient, but may I ask why this hasn't been resolved yet? Unless I'm missing something, a recompile and a new release is all that is needed.

Couple of issues to clear up with recent changes, needs more than just a recompile.
