Out of curiosity, was wondering why you have specifically targeted x86 and x64. I have noticed that that AnyCPU is in the projects and seems to work for both x86 and x64. It would simplify the NuGet packages and make referencing it a lot simpler.

In some case 'AnyCPU' can't load x64 version of libvlc...
