I assume that for the Schlage Super Bump key you are wanting the following dimensions

Depth (inches) All - .198

If someone wants to express it in inches, then yes, that would be correct. My chart is expressing things in hundredths of a millimeter, as is the standard for many folk who do milling or 3D printing.
