Resource Custom Actions not working since 2.12.0

The action icon is not showing, bulk action setup seems works fine... It works fine at 2.11.18.

@TrilipuT Hi, can you please try to install version 2.12.3 and check if it works. If it still doesn't work, can you please provide your resource setup
