同一任务修改后多次执行

1、对一个任务信息修改后，先执行RemoveTask删除原来的任务，然后执行CreateCronTask重新把任务创建出来。会导致下次执行该任务时，执行多次。 2、没执行一次修改流程，下次执行会多运行一次

抱歉，看了一圈找不到下次执行时间的api

starttime 好像是service开始时间，没有找到类似nextRunTime这样的api

初始化好后再调用service.logger() 不然配置文件设置logpath无效
