How can one add their own agent and tools?

I tried reading through the codebase but it'd be helpful to have documentation if possible on how to use the UI and plug it with your own API at the backend.

I absolutely love all these ideas - I have an idea for the agent + tools + documentation. I have an agent + custom tools implementation in progress and will be releasing soon.

In terms of more in-depth documentation - I hope to have something in place that is more comprehensive early this summer - I am just limited in my bandwidth right now. Thank you for opening the issue and making the suggestions :)
