Reservation origin - Enhancement

Many portals charge a commission per booking. This commission is to be mapped in the reservation origin. These values are to be evaluated later for the statistics module. The total invoice amount of the reservation then serves as the basis. When creating and editing the reservation origins, there should be two new fields:

• Commission (fixed in Euro)
• Commission (percentage of total invoice amount)

Adjust the list display (overview) accordingly.

@developeregrem That would be a nice enhancement - currently, I add commissions in "Kasssenbuch". I would suggest to only have a fixed commision field in Euro, as we need the sum nevertheless. I would suggest to have two fields: Commission (in Euro) Further Fees (in Euro)
