User error in javascript-node-postgres template
devcontainer.json is using non-root user and docker-compose.yml is using root user
using the default configuration cause a error when loading the Codespace

I wasn't able to repro the bug with javascript-node-postgres template in a Codespace. The container was created successfully. Could you retry and paste the error you are getting?
