[REQ] Add Azure Function Core Tools

Could you please add the ability to add Azure Function Core Tools to the Remote container so that the func command line could be used?

Unless I am misunderstanding, are you asking to add this ability to the VS Code Remote - Containers? If that's the case, then could you create an issue in the microsoft/vscode-remote-containers repo instead?
