Option --omit-config-remote-env-from-metadata is not documented

The option --omit-config-remote-env-from-metadata does not appear when printing the help. ( devcontainer up --help )

Option introduced in v0.34.0:

I think this was a short-term solution to avoid having secret values on the container metadata. We later introduced --secrets-file which will not put the secret values in the metadata. We decided to not make the short-term solution official.

@ggjulio Are you looking into using this option?
