File upload status got stuck

When I uploaded a larger file via MediaManger (the Files section) and then closed the upload dialogue when the file finished uploading but was still still processing. The status then got stuck. I waited, but it still says the file is processing on server. I then continued to upload the same file again without closing the dialogue box – and it worked fine.
