KiCad PCBNEW plugin that lets you add wires between pads on a PCB, delete them, and swap wires between pads.
In KiCAD 8, [pcbnew.PAD.GetParent() no longer returns FOOTPRINT ](https://forum.kicad.info/t/kicad-8-python-api-changes-and-porting-guides/47630). Suggested change is to explicitly cast it to FOOTPRINT. Solves issue #23.
