Do you mean the difference of 10 sec? I don't know... I was getting 120 sec in repeating runs but after reboot I always got 130 sec.

Did it just now, took a second longer lol. Something to note is that I use MacFansControl, the custom fan curve I use is quite a bit more agressive than the stock one.

Funny, I tried it again and for first run I've got 130 sec. And on the second run 118 sec as you :D

No sure what the problem :D Ok, let's count that MacBook Pro 14" M2 Pro has 118 sec.

I went into settings > general > storage > delete Xcode cache before every run and I average around 124 seconds. closer to your results. Definitely a cache thing 🤷‍♂️
