Add GPU Cores to the report

With the new M1 Pro and Max, it is important to log the number of GPU cores as well to have a better picture. This PR adds "GPU Cores" to the final report as on the screenshot.

Hmm, why does the number of GPU cores matter for an Xcode benchmark. GPUs play no part in Xcode performance.

That's true in general. Xcode, XCBuildService or xcodebuild do not use GPU directly. But the system itself uses GPU for many things. So my idea is essential - let's have the number of available GPU in reports to identify potential impact. I see no harm.
