Docs: installation on Fedora requires kernel-devel package

The instructions @ https://www.dev47apps.com/droidcam/linux/ do not mention it, but kernel-headers were not enough - I needed kernel-devel to get it properly installed.

This hasn't come up in the past. Which part was failing without kernel-devel?

The installation part. I think it was due to missing /usr/src/kernels/5.8.7-200.fc32.x86_64/tools/build on my system without kernel-devel installed.

Same here. Had to install kernel-devel on Fedora 33.
