[BUG] Website using old Node.js version (v14.21.3)

Description

The website seems to be using an old Node.js version (v14.21.3), which has been discontinued already. Using Gitpod, the website seems to deploy fine on Node.js v18.16.0.

I believe we should update the Node.js version of the project immediately, to ensure compatibility, prevent vulnerabilities/bugs, as well as supporting new versions of multiple frameworks/packages.

Expected behavior/contents

Use Node.js 16.x or higher.
