feat: update to Astro v2.5.7 (latest)

Description of the change

• Update to the latest Astro version.
  • All seems to be fine, however, it should be extensively tested/checked.
• Update various ESLint/Prettier plugins.
• Ran Prettier/ESLint and fixed minor warnings/issues automatically.
